I. After-sales service provided by the company
1. Consulting service: any problem encountered in the process of using, the user can call the free consulting phone number: 00000000 or log on www.hitux.com to inquire.
2. Warranty service: if there is any quality problem caused by the manufacturer during the warranty period, the user can replace the products at the dealer for free (if the appearance is damaged, it will be treated as warranty).
3. Warranty service: if there is any quality problem during the warranty period, users can go to the local after-sales service center to enjoy the warranty service;There is no local after-sales service center, users can entrust dealers for warranty services
4. Maintenance service: if there is any quality problem during the maintenance period, the user can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust the dealer to request the maintenance service.
Ⅱ. If there is any quality problem with the product under normal use since the purchase date:
1. The whole machine can be replaced within three months, guaranteed for free within one year, and limited maintenance within three years.
2. Free warranty for parts damage for two years.
Note:
1. The purchase date shall be subject to the purchase invoice date (no purchase invoice shall be subject to the production date).
2. No barcode, serial number products the company does not undertake the obligation of after-sales service.
3. Quality issues do not include users' subjective objections to sound quality and tone quality.
4. The warranty service is only valid for general use:All artificial damage (such as the user to tear open machine, connections to improper use, access to appropriate voltage of power supply, not in accordance with the manual use, etc.), due to transportation and other accidental damage, natural disasters and other force majeure, such as maintenance and modification of approved by the company is beyond the scope of free warranty replacement or;Appropriate charges for maintenance services.
5. For the service of the discontinued model products, our company only does functional repair (the appearance may be different from the original product).
