On November 24, 2023, WEPACK ASEAN 2023, hosted by Reed Exhibitions, was successfully concluded at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur. As the largest packaging exhibition in Southeast Asia, WEPACK ASEAN 2023 covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters, with nearly 200 exhibitors participating in the exhibition and a total of 3,895 professional visitors during the exhibition.

As an enterprise committed to providing corrugated cardboard production line solutions, Shanghai Jingyinze has been actively participating in various international exchange activities, in order to improve our product quality and service capabilities through learning, communication and cooperation. In this exhibition, we showed our latest 3/5/7 layer corrugated cardboard production line plan, which was well received by a large number of customers.

The corrugated cardboard production line is composed of: mill roll stand, preheater, splicer, single facer, conveying bridge, multiple preheater, gluing machine, double facer, slitter scorer, NC cutter, stacker, and other equipment. Initially, the rolls of raw paper are fed into the mill roll stand, heated by preheaters and adjusted in temperature, and then enter the single facer. After the roll forming of the corrugator, it is bonded with the other side of the paper to form a single face corrugated cardboard, which is fed by the conveyor bridge, heated again by multiple preheaters, and then heated and bonded by the gluing machine and then by the double facer. At this point, the continuous corrugated cardboard is formed. Then it will be split by the slitter scorer in the longitudinal direction and cut off by the NC cutter in the transverse direction, so as to produce corrugated boards of various specifications as required by the customers. Finally, the stacker will do the stacking and counting. Our company produces medium and high-grade three-, five- and seven-layer corrugated cardboard production lines with a width of 1800mm-2800m and a production speed of 200m-350m/min, which can be selected by customers according to their needs.
